Catherine Jenkins is our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. She has over 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent management and has been an integral part of Tiree since 2015. She is one of the first people to meet with prospective candidates and enjoys nothing more than connecting with people who are excited to learn about career opportunities with Tiree. Catherine’s passion is people, and she approaches her position with enthusiasm, dedication and a smile!
Cori-Ann Terai is a Talent Acquisition Specialist and is a vital part of our team. She has over 10 years of experience recruiting for both private and public-sector organizations. Her career has been defined by a long track record of successfully building relationships with both hiring managers and potential candidates. Cori’s commitment is to find the best match – the right employee for the organization, and the right role for the employee. She also has a pretty infectious laugh!
Jordan Scharfe is our Lead Resource Manager at Tiree Consulting. He is an experienced recruiter with nearly 10 years of experience and works specifically in our IT division. Jordan is insightful, detail-oriented and has an exceptional understanding of the IT field. Jordan builds solid working relationships with clients and potential hires, he is very sociable and won’t quit until he gets the job done.
Lee Francoeur is one of our Resource Managers. He is a conscientious and determined sales and marketing professional with exceptional communication skills who has recently joined the Tiree Consulting team. He recruits specifically for the IT Division. Coming from a sales and marketing background Lee is very easy going to work with and thrives on building relationships with both clients and potential hires.
