History

Founded in 2000, Tiree was created to deliver expertise and value on buildings and infrastructure projects for large private and government organizations. Since then, Tiree has maintained steady growth, stability and success. We attract and retain industries’ top talent, including Engineers, Architects, Planners, Designers, and technical experts in diverse practice areas, as well as business and project management professionals.

Through our Real Property Advisory Services practice, also established in 2000, Tiree has been successful at building trusted relationships with senior level executives that rely on real property analysis and recommendations to inform business cases and lead to accommodation or building project approval.

Our Project Management professionals strategically, tactically and technically support a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects at all or any point from inception through to completion.

Tiree’s experience working on complex construction projects uncovered a demand for increased expertise specific to providing building and infrastructure security solutions. With that in mind, Tiree established our Tiree Security consulting business line in 2008.

Similarly, advances in technologies meant IT requirements for construction projects, facility and building management and in the workplace as a whole required a broader solution. Our project experience indicated that building a team of specialists who understood both the real estate and technology sides of the project equation was becoming essential. As such, in 2011 Tiree evolved to include our Tiree IT Consulting business line.
