The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Project Management will play a vital role in the growth and development of our program and project management teams. This opportunity will allow you to work with the top players in the industry, and mentor new ones.  Tiree prides itself on our people and our reputation, and this role will provide the chance to be part of providing solutions and service excellence.

This position requires high profile leadership and client management skills, knowledge and experience. The successful candidate will lead the expansion of the Project Management Business Line, and work with our senior leaders to continue the exponential growth of Tiree.

Responsibilities

  • Executive leadership;
  • Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance, coaching and mentoring Management Team Leads;
  • Develop and implementing strategies to promote Tiree’s values;
  • Management and development of a collaborative culture, including direct management of staff and colleagues.
  • Integration of Project teams with Operations and Business Development;
  • Support strategic business plans and proactive client relationship management;
  • Function as an industry leader, actively participating in Project Management Symposiums, Conferences and Thought Leadership programs;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Business, or relevant management experience in a construction or professional services organization;
  • Extensive experience in Project and Team Management;
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to successfully resolve a variety issues when faced with competing interests; and,
  • Strong skills in the following areas: business management, human relations, financial analysis, budgeting, relationship building, time management, planning and organizing, written and verbal communications.
