Your Challenge

As a Project Support Coordinator, you will be a vital part of the project management team responsible for the planning and delivery of major construction and engineering projects in high security environments.

Your Day to Day:

  • Assist project team in all management activities including financial, planning and contracting aspects
  • Assist in performing such tasks as maintaining project documentation and records
  • Track project change requests
  • Maintain and update relevant project information in manual and/or electronic files
  • Communicate with project management on administrative matters related to the project
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of documentation in response to scheduled and unscheduled reports, returns and observations to update management of project progress
  • Research and locate background information

The Experience You Bring:

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience working in an administrative role, preferabley relating to real property
  • Self-starter with the ability to coordinate changing priorities
  • Ability to anticipate management/client needs and address them proactively
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
