As part of Tiree’s Presenting Sponsorship, we were pleased to attend the launch of the 2010 MS Walk. Duncan McNaughton, President of Tiree systems and members of the Tiree team were delighted to present the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada with their donation at the event. Tiree decided to support the MS walk when they were approached by one of their employees who had a personal connection to MS.
The MS Walk is the MS Society’s largest pledge based fundraiser and involves over 60,000 participants and volunteers in more than 160 communities across Canada. The proceeds of the walk fund research in the search for a cure and the vital services for people currently living with MS.
The walk will take place on Sunday April 25th in Ottawa and will consist of a 2km and 5km walk. Tiree will be assembling 2 teams with the goal of contributing $15,000 towards the MS Society. Tiree invites you to come and join us in supporting Lisa and her dad.
